The Nurse Manager oversees all nursing and medical services provided at Amnion, working closely with physicians, nurses, and counselors to ensure the highest standard of client care. Under the oversight of our Medical Director, the Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising and evaluating medical staff, managing clinic policies and procedures, maintaining infection control compliance, performing direct nursing care, and coordinating with the PA Health Department on STI testing and treatment.
This role also encompasses staff development: recruiting and training medical volunteers, leading in-service meetings, and participating in ongoing professional development. The Nurse Manager reports to the Executive Director and serves as a key representative of Amnion in the broader community. An active PA RN license is required; ultrasound training will be provided. PA or CRNP license preferred

Amnion’s nursing staff play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to clients. Under the supervision of the Medical Director and Nurse Manager, the Nurse performs pregnancy tests and verifications, conducts ultrasound scans, and carries out STI testing and treatment. This role also includes maintaining accurate client records, following through on physician orders, and providing health education to patients.
The ideal candidate holds a current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the PA State Medical Board. Ultrasound certification is preferred, though Amnion will provide training as needed. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professionally committed, and eager to serve clients with care and respect.

The Development Manager is responsible for strengthening Amnion’s financial foundation by cultivating meaningful relationships with individual donors, churches, and community partners. This full-time role leads the planning and execution of fundraising events, manages volunteer support for mailings and outreach initiatives, identifies and applies for grants, and serves as an ambassador for Amnion’s mission at community events and church partnerships.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field along with prior experience in fundraising, donor development, and event planning. Strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with grant writing, and proficiency with digital tools and office software are essential. This role requires flexibility, a high attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting people to a meaningful cause.

Amnion’s Bilingual Receptionist is often the first person a client interacts with, making this role central to the client experience. Under the supervision of the Manager of Client Advocacy Services, this position handles incoming calls, appointment scheduling, client file creation, and data entry into the EKyros system. Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area is also a key part of the role.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a client-facing environment. This position is based primarily in Norristown with occasional travel to the Drexel Hill location, and runs 25 hours per week, Monday through Thursday
