Pregnancy Tests

Amnion offers free pregnancy testing. A woman can become pregnant any time she has sexual intercourse or is in a situation where sperm could have entered her vagina. If you have been in a situation like this, a pregnancy test could give you more information about whether or not you are pregnant.

Know the results within minutes with a free pregnancy test administered onsite here at the Center. Receive information on all options, fetal development, abortion alternatives and community referrals. Our tests are laboratory grade, and in most cases can detect the hCG (pregnancy) hormone as early as 7 days after conception or 21 days after the first day of your last period. Under normal circumstances, the test has an expected accuracy of 99%.  Good clinical practice suggests that positive tests be followed with an ultrasound for a definitive diagnosis, since in some cases, other conditions can produce a false positive result.
